Assess Your Personal Productivity with a Tally Counter

For most of us, our days are full of interruptions. If you work in an office (or as I like to call these places "interruption factories"), you know exactly what I'm talking about. What may only take you an hour or so to get done anywhere else could easily take you all day as you deal with constant visitors, phone calls, etc.

If you're looking to take control of your time, a tally counter may be exactly what you need to help you figure out where your time is being spent. Tally counters come in all shapes and sizes (and costs) from small to large, from analog to digital and from single-purpose to multi-purpose. While you can find plenty of tally counter apps in the iTunes App Store, there's only one that I use and would recommend to you.

Counters (by Addo Label) is an ultra-easy-to-use app designed specifically for iPhone (you can also use it on iPad, but because it's not native on iPad, it will look and feel a little clunky).

Not only is Counters easy-to-use, but it's very good-looking. The use of colors is great and helps you to easily keep track of what you need to keep track of. When you're ready to share your data with others, it has an easy-to-use sharing option, which allows you to share your data using email, messages, Twitter and even print.

The app is $0.99 in the iTunes App Store. As far as I'm concerned, it's well worth the price of admission!
