Create the Ultimate "Go To Sleep" Playlist

Yesterday, I talked about the Power of Music. On my Instagram feed, I coincidentally posted a partial photo of a playlist that I have setup in iTunes that's great for getting kids (and adults) to sleep fast. It's the perfect cure for the condition I call "I can't sleep because my head is buzzing with lots of awesome ideas but I have to get up in 5 hours" (otherwise known as insomnia).

The playlist has a total of 12 tracks, but I usually can't make it beyond the first 4 or 5 before I am out cold (even when my mind is buzzing). This playlist may not work for everyone, but I bet it will work for most.
